Cancellation policy.

We value our clients SO much and your time. We ask for the same courtesy in return. To ensure an exceptional experience for all, the following cancellation policy applies :

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments over 1 hour in duration and a minimum of 24 hours for canceling/rescheduling appointment under 1 hour in duration.

Cancellations made in less than this time period will incur a 50% of service charge.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of their service cost.

If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the cancellation fee will apply.

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate emergency circumstances.
