CRUZ policies

When booking an appointment, please know your artist is reserving that time exclusively for you. We value your time. We ask for the same courtesy in return. To ensure an exceptional experience for all, the following Policies apply :

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

The client is responsible for insuring that the CORRECT service is booked and will be charged for the booked service. Call/text the salon to determine what is best for your needs

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling appointments exceeding over 1 hour in duration (Color appointments)

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling appointments less than 1 hour in duration (Haircuts / Styling appointments).

Late Cancellation will incur a 50% of service charge.

No Shows & Last Minute Cancellations will be charged 100% of their service cost.

Running Late please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the cancellation fee will apply.
