CRUZ policies

When booking an appointment, please know your artist is reserving that time exclusively for you.

We value your time. We ask for the same courtesy in return. To ensure an exceptional experience for all, the following cancellation policy applies :

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling appointments over 1 hour in duration (Color appointments) and a minimum of 24 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling appointments under 1 hour in duration (Haircuts or Styling appointments).

Late Cancellation will incur a 50% of service charge.

No Shows & Last Minute Cancellations will be charged 100% of their service cost.

Running Late please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the cancellation fee will apply.
