Cancellation policy.
We value our clients and your time. We ask for the same courtesy in return. To ensure an exceptional experience for all, the following cancellation policy applies :
We require a minimum of :
48 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling appointments over 1 hour in duration. (color appointments)
24 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling appointments under 1 hour in duration (haircuts and styling appointments)
Cancellations made in less than this time period will incur a 50% of service charge.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of their service cost.
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the cancellation fee will apply.
